Processing & Delivery

Most products drop-ship directly from our authorized distributor and supplier partners' U.S. fulfillment centers. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days when available. Freight and oversized items may take longer.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight carriers as appropriate for the item. Delivery time depends on the fulfillment center closest to you and the carrier service selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Freight surcharges may apply for oversized items.

Areas Served

48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Boxes for freight items.

Damaged Shipments

Document damage on the delivery receipt before the carrier leaves. Email returns@wrench-lab.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
