You must be 18+ and authorized to make purchases. Billing and shipping information must be accurate.

3. Products & Pricing

We strive for accurate descriptions, fitment data, and pricing. If errors occur, we'll contact you to correct or cancel. Customer is responsible for verifying fitment when listing data is available on the product page.

4. Trademarks & Vehicle Names

Manufacturer names, vehicle names, logos, and trademarks are used for product identification, fitment, and descriptive purposes only. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. WrenchLab sells products through authorized distributor and supplier relationships.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment via Shopify Payments and Shop Pay Installments. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issues).

7. Warranties

Products sold subject to manufacturer warranties. WrenchLab makes no additional warranties beyond what manufacturers provide. We assist with warranty claims at no charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrenchLab LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price paid for the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or installation-related damages.

9. Use of Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape pricing for resale, or interfere with normal operation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in state or federal courts of Riverside County, California.
